Full Property Landscape, Pool, Pool House with Sauna
The Allen project embodies control — of line, material, and movement. From the moment you enter, the space feels measured and composed.
At its centre, a custom pool with a linear water wall and tanning shelf anchors the design, surrounded by a fully integrated outdoor environment that includes a pool house with sauna, an outdoor kitchen, and covered areas for gathering. Heated walkways and a basement walkout quietly extend its function throughout the year.
Black granite defines the framework, establishing continuity and weight, while white Dover limestone introduces contrast with clarity and restraint.
The result is a landscape that feels cohesive and assured—precise in execution, yet inviting in its rhythm and use.
